We plan no town on arrival. Walk through the tower, let the bags disappear into the stone room and watch light move across the Carpini Valley.
Afternoon
The pool, forest spa and the first understanding of why restoration took six years.
Evening
Aperitivo and a simple dinner. After the journey, no performance is required.

Montone
A town that never tries to become a stage set.
Montone belongs to Italy’s most beautiful villages and carries the Orange Flag. Piazza Fortebraccio, San Francesco, castle ruins and lanes fill half a day — precisely why there is no reason to rush.
Morning
Arrive early, walk the walls and have coffee in the square.
Lunch
Look for seasonal cooking, truffles, legumes, pasta and local olive oil; verify what is currently open.
